Ping Identity Rebrand

When I joined Ping Identity, they were an award-winning leader in their field of identity security but lacked a solid brand voice through their content and communications. I led an effort to redefine their voice including establishing new brand guidelines and a style guide to give some definitive rules for their written content to follow. This culminated in a full brand campaign to launch Ping's new identity called Experience a Better Experience. I also refereed an intense cage fight (barely exaggerating) on whether we were an Oxford comma company or not. The comma won.

Along with that full campaign to celebrate the rebrand, we also took on the monumental task of completely updating the corporate site. This meant designing a new icon package, creating new layouts, and rewriting copy for over 70+ existing pages. The result? Streamlined and SEO-efficient new messaging as well as a fully updated look that matched our shiny new rebrand campaign.
